Do we need to switch systems?
No. Everything you use today keeps working as normal. Bim connects to your existing channels (number, email, social media) without new hardware or new subscriptions. If you already book through Google Calendar, Outlook, BokaMera or Ganttic, Bim writes bookings straight there.
Does Bim hand off to a human?
Yes. Bim can hand off to your staff mid-conversation. Following rules you set yourself. You decide when she hands over: when the student asks for it, for complex cases, or when she's unsure. The handover carries the full conversation history, so the student never has to repeat themselves.
Where is the data stored?
Customer and booking data is stored in the EU. Voice calls are processed by our voice provider ElevenLabs in the USA. All processing takes place under data processing agreements. The full list of sub-processors is in our terms (§ 6).
