CUSTOMER STORY / TREELY

20 jobs saved. Without putting work on hold.

Mike Jackson runs Treely. Up in a tree, he can’t always answer. But the customer who needs help may already be about to call the next arborist. After four rings, Kim takes over.

Kim welcomes the customer, asks about the job and emails the details. Mike can keep working and call back with an understanding of the task. A call he would otherwise have missed becomes a chance to take the job forward.

YOUR NEXT CUSTOMER RARELY WAITS

A missed call could become someone else's job.

A customer who needs a new deck, a leak fixed or a tree removed will often call another business if no one answers. Kim takes the call when you can’t, giving you a chance to win the next job.

More jobs saved. Fewer customers calling someone else.

Kim is your AI colleague on the phone. She captures what the customer needs and how to reach them. You make the professional assessment and take it from there.

Different trades need different questions. Kim works from your services, the area you cover and how you want to handle new enquiries.

We'd like to replace our heat pump. Can you come and take a look?

What needs installing or fixing, where is the customer and when would they like help?

We need an EV charger in the garage.

Kim takes the request and the details you need to follow up on the installation.

GOOD TO KNOW

Your number. Your way of working.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Calls can be forwarded from your existing number when you don't answer. We help you set things up to suit your phone service. Treely has Kim answer after four rings.

Can Kim book visits?

That depends on how you work and the booking tools available. For a job that needs an assessment or quote, Kim takes an enquiry and you agree on the next step with the customer. The Anders Arborist demo shows this setup.

How does Kim know what my business does?

Kim gets information about your services, the area you cover and how you want to handle enquiries. When something needs your assessment, she includes it in the details for your follow-up.

What happens if the customer needs urgent help?

You decide how urgent enquiries should be handled and what information Kim should give. An answer from Kim is not a promise of emergency cover or an immediate callout. In a dangerous situation, the customer should contact the emergency services.

YOUR NEXT CUSTOMER NEEDN’T CALL SOMEONE ELSE

Finish the job at hand.
Give the next one a chance.

Let Kim answer when you can’t. Catch the jobs that might otherwise go to someone else, and call back when your hands are free.
