Ask both suppliers the same questions
| Question | VOCA | Koppla |
|---|---|---|
| What the service does | AI assistant for inbound customer contacts. You control business information and when staff take over. See how VOCA works | AI receptionist for inbound calls, questions and booking requests. |
| Channels described | Telephone, website chat, email, SMS, Instagram and Messenger. Active channels depend on the plan and connections. See channels and plans | The product page describes inbound telephone calls. Ask Koppla to specify any other channels. |
| Booking and systems | Books in connected systems after checking availability. Without a booking workflow with available times, it collects a request for staff to confirm. See our integrations | Koppla describes booking, rescheduling, cancellation and information collection. Confirm support for your named system. |
| Price and included usage | Komplett: SEK 999/month excluding VAT. 150 calls, 300 voice minutes and 150 SMS included. Extra usage and invoice fees apply under the terms. See pricing and terms | The pricing page lists SEK 999/month with a 12-month commitment or SEK 1,399/month without commitment, excluding VAT. It includes 100 calls and 200 minutes; each call counts as two minutes. Extra time: SEK 3 per started minute. A calendar or booking connection adds SEK 500/month. |
Compare the same call volume, call length and system connection. Include setup fees, extra usage, telephony, VAT and contract duration. A lower monthly price does not show the total cost for your needs.

Get answers before you choose
Which connection does the extra fee cover, and which booking actions work in our system?
The pricing page offers no commitment with one month’s notice, but the product page says all plans have a 12-month commitment. Which terms apply to our quote?
How is a request handled when a booking or transfer fails?
Run the same test with both
Use a test calendar or an agreed test environment. These steps are a test plan, not measured results.
Ask for an available time and check that it is saved in your system only after you agree. Then ask for a busy time and check the response.
Ask to change or cancel. Check which steps the service can do itself and which need staff.
Ask to speak to a person. Also test when nobody answers. Check that staff can follow up the request.
Common questions
How do we know a booking connection works for us?
Ask for a test in your system with your services, hours and capacity rules. Check a saved booking, a busy time and how errors reach staff. An integration logo is not a test result.
Which AI receptionist costs the least?
That depends on volume, call length, connections and the contract. Ask for a total cost for the same usage. This comparison shows published terms, not an overall price winner.
