Bim books straight into your Cliento.
The same services, the same chairs and the same free times as your own online booking. Connecting takes a minute: you paste one key, and that is it.
The connection in short
Four steps
- 1Set up a schedule in Cliento if you do not have one. With no opening hours there are no times to book.
- 2Turn off “Bekräfta bokning med SMS-kod” under Onlinebokning, Inställningar, Funktioner. Bim cannot enter that code for the customer.
- 3Copy the key from Bokningssida or Widget and paste it into VOCA. The whole snippet works just as well.
- 4Done. VOCA shows your services and staff right away, and Bim books from the next call.
What Bim will not do here
We spell this out because it is cheaper for everyone to know up front than to find out with a guest on the phone.
- Bim only sees times Cliento shows as free. Bookings you type into VOCA by hand reach Cliento only if the time is free there, so one you squeeze in outside the schedule stays in VOCA.
- Cliento cannot look up a customer's earlier bookings. Bim can book, rebook and cancel, but cannot answer when the customer's appointment is.
- If you have set a cancellation cut-off, say 24 hours, it applies to Bim too. Inside that window Bim hands over to you instead of cancelling or moving the booking.

About this connection
Do we need an API key or a contract with Cliento?
No. Cliento's booking interface is open, so VOCA only needs the key that already sits on your own booking page. No contract, no extra cost and no waiting.
What happens if two customers want the same time?
Cliento decides. Bim holds the time at Cliento before the booking is confirmed, so whoever was first gets it and the other is offered an alternative. No double bookings.
Can a customer ask for a specific barber?
Yes. If the customer says a name, Bim books with that person and only looks at that person's times. If they do not mind, Bim takes the first free chair.
