Bim books into your EasyPractice.
Bim reads your free times from EasyPractice and books the client onto the right service in the right calendar. Bim sees bookings and times. Never clinical notes.
The connection in short
Four steps
- 1Enable the API app in EasyPractice and copy your personal access token.
- 2Open Integrations in the portal, pick EasyPractice and paste the token.
- 3Choose the default service and calendar Bim should book into.
- 4Book a test slot through your own number and check it appears in EasyPractice.
What Bim will not do here
We spell this out because it is cheaper for everyone to know up front than to find out with a guest on the phone.
- Bim cannot reach clinical notes, records or treatment content, and does not ask about them. Bookings and times are the whole surface.
- Bim books one practitioner per booking. Clients who need two at once are something staff enter.
- Invoicing, payment and agreements in EasyPractice are left untouched.

About this connection
Does Bim hear why the client is coming?
Bim takes whatever the client chooses to say, enough to book the right service and length. It goes on the booking, not into any clinical record, and we never read patient data out of EasyPractice.
Can Bim cancel and move appointments?
Yes, both moves and cancellations are written to EasyPractice. The client can handle it on the phone without a member of staff being there.
What happens with clients who already exist?
They are matched on phone number or email address. The point is to avoid two records for the same person after six months of Bim answering the phone.
