Bim takes the call, works out who is free and puts the job on the right person. It lands as a task in Blikk, in the same planning view you already work in.
This is a test plan, not a customer result. Ask us to show the flow with test details in a demo. Then repeat the test in your connection at an agreed test time.
Example: A customer wants a service visit. You have selected the workers VOCA may schedule and the service duration.
Staff find a task with the correct time and worker in Blikk. The portal record must match. Cancellation archives the task and removes its assignment so the worker becomes available.
Ask the person who uses the system to check the result. Record the date, selected service, what the assistant said and what the system shows. A successful test shows that this particular flow worked. It does not show a specific number of new customers or revenue.
We spell this out because it is cheaper for everyone to know up front than to find out with a guest on the phone.
Do we have to give away full access to Blikk?
No. The application needs to read and write tasks, nothing else. If you want Bim to link a booking to an existing customer you add read access to contacts, and that one is optional.
What if we add a task by hand at the same time?
It blocks the time for Bim too. Capacity is read from the same tasks your own planning view shows, so a task you enter yourself is counted.
Do you create customers in our register?
No. Your customer register feeds your invoicing, and filling it with near-duplicates cannot be undone. Bim links the job to an existing customer only on an exact name match, otherwise the customer's details sit in the description.
